Regarding the OS:
Pre-release (Beta) versions and Developer versions of any OS
are not supported.
Even if the recommended environment is met, the service may
not function correctly depending on your device’s usage,
available memory, or network conditions.
If the App is Unstable:
We regularly release updates to improve service performance.
If you experience delays or technical issues, the following
steps may resolve the problem:
Restart the app.
Clear the app cache.
iOS：Go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage, select
BANDAI TCG+, and tap Offload App.
Android ：Go to Settings > Apps > BANDAI TCG+ > Storage
& cache and tap Clear cache.
