
Our “Fair Play Regulations” is in place to help ensure that as many players as possible can enjoy the events by encouraging players to cancel their application before the event if they become unable to attend.
*This is in place in the following countries/regions: Japan, Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Macao, Thailand, Taiwan.
If you accumulate over a set number of cancellations without notice, your use of TCG+’s services will become restricted.
Your cooperation in cancelling your application before the event when you are unable to attend is greatly appreciated.
About Cancellations Without Notice



*Even while your status is “Restricted” or “Warned”, you may join events that allow last minute applicants.
*If you submit a request to cancel your membership while your status is “Restricted” or “Warned”, it will not be processed until 30 days after you submit the request.
*If you request to cancel your membership while your status is “Restricted”, it will not be processed until 30 days after you submit the request.
*When it is a team event being canceled when a user becomes “Restricted”, it will only be that user’s application that is canceled.
*When a user becomes “Warned” and there is a team event being canceled, the cancellation is for only the user if the event is still accepting applications, and the whole team if the participation lottery selection has already been completed.

From the menu at the bottom of the app select “Other” then “Profile” and you will be able to confirm from that screen.
How to cancel an event application

1From the menu at the bottom of the app select “My Events”.

2Select “Lottery Results”.

3Tap “Event Details” of the event you wish you cancel.

4Tap “Cancel application” then “Cancel your application” to complete the process.
