Do I need to make or login to a Bandai Namco ID to use TCG+?

You will need to login to your Bandai Namco ID in order to apply to an event, make or record a deck, and when participating in an event. You can only search for events without signing into a Bandai Namco ID.

I want to change the nickname on my account.

Click the following sections in order and you will reach the page to make such changes “Other” → “Profile” → “Edit Profile”.

Is letting another person use my account allowed?

Acts like using a TCG+ account that is not yours is against the Terms of Service.
Please do not ever borrow or lend TCG+ accounts.
Any members discovered to be doing this may have their account suspended.

Is making multiple TCG+ accounts allowed?

One user having or using multiple TCG+ accounts is against the Terms of Service.
In the case where you accidentaly made a new account please proceed with the account closing procedures for the account you do not use.
Also, if the BNID used to log in to the TCG+ account you are closing is not needed, please close it as well.
*Please make sure to close the TCG+ account before the BNID account.

How do I close my TCG+ account?

Open the TCG+ app, tap "Others" on the main screen and then "Unsubscribe". This will bring up the screen to process closing your account.
Be sure to read the warnings and directions carefully before proceeding.
Also, if the BNID acocunt used to log in is not longer needed, please proceed to close that account as well.

Event Applications

Events in Japan are showing, I cannot see events in any other country.

In such cases please check the language of the app and the game title you have selected for the search. The language of the app and game must match and be English or French to view events outside of Japan.

I applied to an event but am not sure if I was chosen.

In the lower part of the app’s menu you will find “My Events”. You can click the event from there to confirm the lottery results.
- If entry is by advanced reservation, it will show <Selected> or <Waiting for cancellation>.
- If it is a lottery style entry it will say <Already applied>.

I want to cancel my application for an event.

Go to the “My Events” page and then click on the “Details” of the event you want to cancel the application for, and then click “Cancel application” to process the cancellation.

When searching for events can I search for multiple game titles at the same time?

No, unfortunately you cannot use multiple game titles at same time in an event search. The game title logo at the top of the app is the game used in the search so please tap the game title logo to select the game you want to use in an event search.
